Chung Express LLC is a Florida-commissioned Notary Public and is not an attorney. We do not provide legal advice. All services are performed in compliance with Florida law. Fees are disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking.

Refund Policy 

Fees are disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking. Notarial fees are non-refundable once services are performed. Travel fees are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed and travel has begun.

All fees are disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking.

Notarial Fees

Notarial fees are non-refundable once services have been performed, in accordance with Florida law.

Travel & Convenience Fees

Mobile travel and convenience fees are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed and travel has begun. This includes situations where notarization cannot be completed due to:

  • Missing or invalid identification

  • Incomplete or unlawful documents

  • Signer unavailability, unwillingness, or refusal

  • Circumstances requiring lawful refusal of service

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a partial refund of travel fees, at the discretion of Chung Express LLC.

  • No refunds are issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Marriage Ceremonies

The $30 marriage solemnization fee set by Florida law is non-refundable once the ceremony has been performed. Any optional add-on or travel fees follow the terms outlined above.

Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes or chargebacks may be contested with documentation showing service completion or confirmed travel.
