Chung Express LLC is a Florida-commissioned Notary Public and is not an attorney. We do not provide legal advice. All services are performed in compliance with Florida law. Fees are disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

  • All services are provided by appointment only and must be confirmed prior to service.

  • Clients must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at the appointment.

  • Documents must be complete and ready for notarization. Chung Express LLC does not prepare documents or provide legal advice.

  • Notarial fees are set by Florida law. Mobile, travel, convenience, and add-on fees vary and are disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking.

  • Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

  • The notary reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with Florida law, including but not limited to inability to verify identity, signer unwillingness, duress, or unlawful documents.

  • Travel fees apply once an appointment is confirmed, even if service cannot be completed due to client-related issues.

  • Chung Express LLC is not responsible for the content or legality of documents presented for notarization.

  • For marriage ceremonies, the $30 solemnization fee is set by Florida law and is non-refundable once performed.

  • Use of this website and booking services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

What to include in the T&C document

  • Notarial fees are non-refundable once services are performed, in accordance with Florida law.

  • Travel and convenience fees are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed and travel has begun, including cases of missing or invalid ID, incomplete documents, signer unavailability, unwillingness, or lawful refusal of service.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be eligible for a partial refund of travel fees, at the discretion of Chung Express LLC.

  • No refunds are issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

  • For marriage ceremonies, the $30 solemnization fee set by Florida law is non-refundable once the ceremony is performed.

  • Chung Express LLC is not responsible for the content, legality, or accuracy of documents presented for notarization.
